The P3D is a professional vehicle passenger flow counter, endowed with built-in artificial intelligence algorithms offering origin-destination (OD) feature of passenger flow based on deep learning. It can accurately discern the direction of passenger movement, both entering and exiting, and precisely tally the number of passengers boarding and alighting the bus. Concurrently, the passenger flow counter can synchronise the passenger numbers with the vehicle host via the network interface, which are then uploaded by the vehicle host to the platform. This facilitates the analysis and statistical evaluation of passenger flow data.
